Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refunds for partial months or years are not provided except as required by law.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account closure feature in your account settings.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted unless required by law to retain it longer.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AgentIQ LMS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AgentIQ LMS is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
