🚀 Getting Started
How do I start my free trial?
Simply click "Start 7-Day Free Trial" on our homepage, fill in your details, and add a payment method. You won't be charged for 7 days, and you can cancel anytime during your trial.
How long does it take to set up my LMS?
Your dedicated Moodle instance is typically ready in 2-3 minutes after signup. You'll receive an email with login credentials once it's ready.
What's included in my LMS instance?
Each instance includes Moodle 4.3, AI-powered tools, SSL certificate, automated backups, and 24/7 monitoring based on your subscription tier.

How do I use AI content generation?
Navigate to Course Management > AI Tools > Content Generator. Enter your topic, select content type and difficulty level, then click "Generate Content".
What types of content can AI generate?
Our AI can generate lesson content, quizzes, assignments, discussion prompts, and even entire course outlines tailored to your subject and difficulty level.
Are there usage limits for AI features?
Yes, each subscription tier has monthly AI quotas. Starter: 10,000 tokens, Professional: 50,000 tokens, Business: 200,000 tokens, Enterprise: Unlimited.
👥 User Management
How do I add users to my LMS?
Go to Site Administration > Users > Add a new user. You can also bulk upload users via CSV file or enable self-registration with approval.
What user roles are available?
Moodle includes Student, Teacher, Course Creator, Manager, and Administrator roles. You can also create custom roles with specific permissions.
How many users can I have?
User limits depend on your subscription: Starter (25), Professional (100), Business (250), Enterprise (500). You can upgrade anytime.
💳 Billing & Subscriptions
When will I be charged?
You'll be charged at the end of your 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you won't be charged anything.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay by wire transfer.
